We provide commercial property advise to landlords and tenant occupiers for all services under the asset management remit. Services that we offer include rent reviews, lease renewals , lease re – gears , property searches , investment , development and property management. Hitchin and Bayford are actively involved in the market on a day to day basis and as a result we are able to offer full and considered advise in terms of new leases and rent reviews. We are able to take control of all aspects of the rent review process and in respect of lease renewal negotiations through to completion, be it a rent review memorandum or a new lease.
